Since 2009 I am a teaching Professor at University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück. The bachelor and master modules offered have a focus on food technology, bio-process engineering, plant and process design as well as IP protection. I have supervised more than 80 bachelor, master and PhD projects, most of them in cooperation with national and international food industry.

I am the coordinator of the International Summer Lab Special Food Technologies and Food Process Design. The event is offered since 2011 and includes lectures, seminars and pilot hall work and offers a unique opportunity for international exchange and hands-on training.
